On Thursday evening from Painesdale, it was Houghton winning an exciting five game match over Jeffers. Jeffers jumped out to a one game lead by winning the first game 26-24. Houghton would respond and win game two 25-23. Jeffers took a two games to one lead with a 26-24 win in game three. Houghton would respond and win the next two games to claim the win, 25-18 and 15-13. Jeffers falls to 0-1 on the season. The Jets travel to Ashland, Wi for a tournament on Saturday.
