Ironwood, Mich. On Thursday, October 10 at the Copper Mountain Conference Championship, Jeffers varsity boys ran to their fourth straight Copper Mountain Conference Championship by placing five runners in the top 10. Placing first was Chassell's Kalvin Kytta who was followed by Jeffer's runners Cameron Anderson (2nd Place), Landon Larson (3rd), Branson Anderson (5th), Blake Heltunen (6th) and Tage Rajala (10 place) Cameron Anderson who finished second covered the 3.1 miles in a time of 17:35 a 5:40 second mile pace. Jeffers will look to defend their Division II UP Championship next Saturday, October 19. The UP Finals will be held in Munising.
