Jeffers' boys golf team finished 2nd to Hancock at the UP Finals Championship at the Oak Crest Golf Course in Norway, Michigan. Jeffers was led by junior Griffin Heinonen, who shot a 77 to finish 2nd overall. Freshman Max Nordstrom finished seventh overall by scoring an 81. Hancock took the top spot with a score of 324, with Jeffers only two shots behind with a 326. It is the second year in a row that Jeffers finished second in the D3 UP Finals. Jeffers will lose senior Benton Rajala, the MVP of the Copper Mountain Conference, as Jeffers tries for a UP Championship in 2026.
